RESERVATIONS
Renting your own villa is a great way to experience the Caribbean. Villa Falaise des Oiseaux has become increasingly popular with a long list of repeat clients, many who visit every year. Once you have settled on your travel dates, we urge you to contact us to make your reservation as soon as possible, to ensure availability.
VILLA RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
To reserve the villa you must complete the Villa Reservation Form and mail your check for the 25% deposit. The deposit must be made within ten (10) days of the booking or the reservation will automatically cancel. The balance payable under the contract will be due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that Christmas/New Year's rentals require a deposit of 50% and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Christmas/New Year's reservations are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any request to change your reservation must be made in writing. If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of the amount you have paid will be refunded less a $150.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 31-60 days of your arrival date, 50% of the amount you have paid will be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will receive no refund. As noted above, Christmas/New Year's reservations are non-refundable.
